Vendavo and Oracle Collaborate on Rebate and Channel Management

Vendavo has recently announced a strategic collaboration with Oracle which should be of interest to any manufacturers and distributors who need to optimize their rebate or channel incentive programs. The optimization is aimed at joint manufacturing and distribution customers, something that many of our readers should find very applicable. The partnership leverages Vendavo’s Rebate & Channel Manager and connects it with Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and E-Business Suite applications.

Matthew Kenneally, the Vice President of Global Alliances and Partnerships at Vendavo, shared that the collaboration will allow users to maximize the value of both systems while assisting in the alignment and management of rebate programs across channels. Rebate programs are often fettered with complex agreements, deadlines and payment calculations and the collaborative solution between Vendavo and Oracle will mitigate these issues driving new revenue from channel relationships.

Vendavo used Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate with Oracle CPQ and E-Business Suite. This cloud service offers application integration, process automation, visual application building, and integration analytics in a single, unified platform. Vendavo recently acquired Market Medium and now offers its solutions on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace for easy access.

To mark the beginning of their partnership, Vendavo and Oracle will host a joint webinar on August 16, 2023, to discuss how their collaboration addresses unique rebate and channel management challenges. The webinar will also highlight how the integration extends the capabilities of Oracle ERP systems and showcase the support Vendavo provides to manufacturers and distributors. Interested parties can register here for the webinar.
